LOCAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY

For local orders, the delivery will be done via POSLAJU. Your parcel can be tracked at www.poslaju.com.my with your tracking no (we will provide your Tracking No. via email upon delivery) or just call 1-300-300-300 to track your delivery item(s). ENTER you Tracking No HERE to locate your parcel.

DELIVERY TIME

Subject to stock availability and orders load, all local orders will be delivered within 3 - 4 working days after the payment has been confirmed.

*For payment make before 12p.m. on working day, we will ship your order item(s) on the same day provided stock is available and normally you can receive it within next working day. For payment make after 12pm, we will only ship your order items next working day.

If you didn’t received your order items within 4 days, please kindly notify us immediately, we will help you to track your order.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY CHARGES

RM7 shipping&handling (S&H) fees apply for the first 500g to all order for shipment within West Malaysia and RM9 for East Malaysia. (Additional RM2 will be added for every 500g weight increase).

MamayayaZONE.com reserves the right to refuse delivery to a post office box (P.O Box) or incomplete address.

INTERNATIONAL Shipping & Delivery

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose,  shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound/kg.

International Shipping & Handling charges will be base on your order weight and also according to your country zip code and address. We will notify you via email after you have submitted your order.

For international delivery please allow within 2-3 weeks shipment, once payment has been  received.

Returns Policy

There are no returns nor refundable items once items are SOLD unless otherwise stated by MamayayaZONE.com

You may only RETURN most new, unused,  unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund ONLY if the error occurs is from our sides. We will REFUND or EXCHANGE of such  an in items to meet nearest to its original order. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
